今天来说说瑜伽动作,肩倒立式。

Sarvangasana | 肩倒立式的准备

需要准备瑜伽垫。

锻炼部位

主要锻炼背阔肌。

分解动作

  • 平躺在瑜伽垫上,双手掌心向下放在身体两侧。
  • 慢慢提起双腿使双腿尽量垂直于地面,双手放在后腰用以支持,保持一段时间 。
  • 然后慢慢放下。
