現時太太每天開始外出行一至二千步左右，大約是十至二十分鐘的路程。這樣的路程，作為她的足踝復健用途。提高一點腳部力量。

或許年紀漸長，大病過後，便會循例注重一下健康。

上兩星期大病後，太太決定我們要多吃水果，最少將吃少點肉，多吃一點蔬果。所以這兩週，我們差不多每隔一天便來買生果。今天是買「沙漠瓜」。

這家店由兩位女生打理，當然亦有兩三位男生幫助搬運工作。或許是女生打理的地方，故此水果店特別乾淨，地板也經常有人清流。

我們這段時間，每次來到都買約二十元的水果，足夠兩人作飯後果。一邊吃水果時，也一邊傾閒偈。相當舒服。
