［13000+ Step］香港一日遊
今天相當厲害，從一大清早出發，到現時仍未回家。但是已步行了13000步，回到家時，應該有15000-16000步左右。
今天是即日來回香港及廣州，而在香港更從中文大學，再去元朗，之後到灣仔社會服務聯會，最後折返廣州取印刷物品，預備下週馬來西亞的展覽之用。
突然覺得今天整趟行程規劃得相當順暢，整整十四小時行程，接近無縫。
