每個月也病幾天

在除夕夜至今,喉嚨一直痛,昨晚都是與紙巾為伴。突然想到,最近好像身體有點差,怎麼好像每月也病一次

朋友催促要開始做運動,更發起了每天報數的群組,每天自發將成績上報,有的跑十公里,有的十五公里,有的步行一萬步,而我繼續是五千步為目標。

我在走路時,沒有刻意去看手機,故此有時做到,有時做不到。但也希望保持最少一天二千步,這是太太腳部復康的極限。若果當日多於二千步,便有可能晚上抽筋。現在慢慢加多步數。

我現時因為比原本的重量,多了四十公斤,所以暫時也不敢過於操勞膝蓋。因而暫時使用行樓梯及走路的方式。
