宅在家可以做甚麼?
大家可以做一些簡單的伸展運動,下面是一套不論任何年齡都可做的小操:

一直都說,健康是無價,健康亦是免費。
宅在家未必須要高運動量,但簡單操練也不錯。
我原本在上月中開始行樓梯的運動,突然遇上肺炎,便做不了。可能宅了在家一週後,早兩天下樓去取快遞,突然感到有少許頭暈。之後便覺得要做些運動保一保健。
