最近入秋了，气温变低了一下，而且很大风，显得不那么闷热，很适合去跑步。今天继续往常6km的路线，因为舒适的气温，跑起来没有之前那么辛苦，只有中间有一段路没什么风，跑起来稍热一点，配速较上周提高了几秒。
