My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2019

今天打卡Actifit很辛苦，因为要上夜班，白天没怎么活动，晚上又不方便运动，于是在工作场所一个很小的地方运动了半天，才凑满5000+，总算是完成任务了，yes!
明天继续，加油！

Today, it's very hard to punch in Actifit, because we have to work at night, we don't have much activity during the day, and it's not convenient to exercise at night. So we worked in a very small place in the workplace for half a day, and we only got 5000 +. At last, we finished our task, yes!
