My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2019

今天夜班，受台风“利奇马”的影响，暴雨倾盆，只能在办公室走来走去打卡Actifit了。
好不容易终于5000+，累的出汗了，不过舒服。
我运动，我健康，我快乐。
生命在于运动，热爱运动，热爱生活。

Tonight shift, affected by Typhoon Lichma, the rainstorm poured down, and we had to walk around the office to punch in Actifit.
