My Actifit Report Card: August 14 2019

稀里糊涂又是一天，简直是在浪费生命，唯一值得庆幸的是，工作较之前轻松了许多，身体负荷没有之前那么大，也有更多时间可以干点别的事情，比如看书、运动、打卡Actifit。

今天的Actifit打卡还好，轻轻松松完成了，明天继续，加油！

Another day is a waste of life. The only thing to be grateful for is that the work is much easier than before, the body load is not as heavy as before, and there is more time to do other things, such as reading, sports, punching Actifit.

Today's Actifit card is OK. It's done easily. Go on tomorrow. Come on!
