Basic Leg Conditioning Exercise For Self Defense

We talk about how to do kick, how to defend low kicks, knee charge and different things you can do with legs as a self defense. Maybe you are wondering they can do a lot of things, then why you cannot use my legs to kick or defend kicks like them. Hope you will get the answer in this post.

When you go to learn martial arts or enroll in a martial art course, they teach you some basic exercises. And you have to do those exercises for a certain period of time. If you are not doing the exercise right, they show you how to do it right.

At the beginning of your martial arts training, you will not learn how to punch or how to kick. You went there to learn martial arts, but you are just doing exercise, it does not make sense at the beginning.

When you are good at doing those exercises, and you are strong enough to learn more, they start teaching you how to kick, how to punch and different moves of martial arts.

What you are doing at the beginning of learning martial arts, you need to do that in order to prepare yourself to learn martial arts. If they teach you how to kick or how to use your leg to defend a kick, you will not be able to use your legs because you are not ready for that.

You can learn it slowly, make the movement correct and then you can do it fast. You should do exercise regularly. You can do it as a warm-up at the beginning of your training. Then you can move on and practice other things.

In a fight, if someone kicks you on the legs and you cannot defend yourself or absorb the attack, you cannot fight back. Somehow you fall down on the ground, and you cannot stand up, that's bad news. So doing basic exercises is a must.

Leg is the longest weapon. If you are good at kicking, your opponent will not be able to get in the punching range to punch you. You can already kick him and move him away. You can use your legs to attack for self defense. Using your legs, you can hit different parts of the body. If you know how to use it properly, this can save your life when your life is in danger.
