Learn To Fight Back - Self Defense Tips

You will never get hit because you know some self defense. You will be the guy who always wins in a fight. It might happen in an imaginary world. But in real life, there are a lot of things that you have to face and things are not in your favor.

When someone attacks you, he does that taking advantage of the situation. It works in his favor. The attacker usually gets to choose. You are not in a position to decide when and where it happens. You don't get to choose the fight.

You react or take action as a response. You can get hit at the beginning. Or, maybe you have no idea that someone is going to attack you. If you get hit, and you think it is over, you cannot do anything, the attacker is not going to stop there. To defend yourself, you have to make your move and fight back.

If someone punches you or kicks you, it is not the end of the world. You can come back and defend yourself. Winning in a fight for self defense is not the goal. You make your move to protect yourself. If you get an opportunity to run and save yourself, just run. You do not have to stay there and fight until the end.

When you practice martial arts, you train how to absorb your opponents and fight back. You have to have the right mindset. Be a survivor, not a victim. Never give up. You will find a way to protect yourself and get out of there.
