Rest Day

As I said before, I needed some rest as was feeling tired all the time and had no idea why. It can have a number of causes and illness is one of them, so I needed to sort this out before it was too late. This is why I took a day off so to speak and had some rest.

It wasn't entirely a rest day as I did my core muscle training to have continuity and ten minutes of yoga. Yoga is something I'd like to insert in my daily routine if possible. I was doing yoga some years ago but got to a point where it hurt too much as my muscles wasn't ready for the task and gave it up.

It's time to look for some yoga exercises for beginners and start again. Stretching would be good as well. Working every muscle is a smart think to do.

So this is why I only have 1600 steps for yesterday and this report will not be upvoted by actifit. However, it's my activity report and it counts for me.

Everyone deserved a little rest, regardless if you feeling well. Sometimes, rest is to go further. Keep it up girl.

Thanks. Basically rest is part of the training, not that I've been overtraining myself but I need to listen to my body.
