First Part.

Kettlebell overhead squats: 10 x left hand, 10 right hand (12 kg), 10 x left hand, 10 x right hand (16 kg)

Overhead squats: 10 x 40/42.5/43.5 kg
Snatch: 3 x 10 x 31 kg
Shoulder press: 3 x 10 x 28.5 kg

Second Part.

10 x Strict Pull-ups.
2 x 6 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
4 x 10 Butterfly Pull-ups
2 x 10 Chin-ups
3 x 5 Grandfather Grip Pull-ups

3 x 9 Ring Dips


Useless Bitcoin still in the dump. Quite possibly will drag Steem to 5 cent soon if it doesn't stop dumping.

There appears to be a problem with Steem/SBD withdrawals on OpenLedger. It may affect Bitshares price as many Bitshares investors on Steemit kept their funds there.
