1km medium pace run for warm-up.

5 x 1km with pace =< 4min/k
Recovery 3 mins breaks between with slow jog.

Total distance was just above 7km.

Off-topic:

It has been reported today that MtGox’s trustee Nobuaki Kobayashi published the documents from today's creditor’s meeting. Hopefully there will be no more secret sale of bitcoin held by N. Kobayashi anytime soon that could cause drastic dump of bitcoin price (just like it did 18 months ago). The next meeting is scheduled for 25 of March, 2020.
