Today I took a day off and set out for a longer walk on the Sigmond Trail, which leads through the forests and picturesque countryside around Pilsen Bolevec, where I live. I started off the final tram from the first trail of the trail. Straight way to the pond, which is now a fire tank, then enter the nature reserve Petrovka. Along the smaller rocks, where we find the sign of Josef Sigmond and pass a small cave - Petrov Hole, a retreat of ancient bandits. Then I continue around the former well through the valley and it is approaching the main road to the village Ledce. U Četníka. Through the woods I reach the Spruce - Troják. Natural attractions. Again from the area of ​​Lány I cross the road to Záluží and walk past the cross of conciliation U Řezníka, where once a tragedy occurred. I continue with a forest section, in which the local forester Josef Sigmond participated in large planting. Gradually we descend to Kolomazná kiln, a technical monument to produce this raw material. We continue along the pond with ferric water - Kamenný rybník to the Šídlovský pond, which is now gradually released. And we already see a housing estate in the distance. And that is also our home in the distance. Pleasant walk. And now the photos:

Dnes jsem využil volného dne a vyrazil na delší procházku na Sigmondovu stezku, která vede lesy a malebnou přírodou v okolí Plzně Bolevce, kde bydlím. Vyrazil jsem z konečné tramvaje od první tabule stezky. Rovnou cestou k rybníčku, jež je nyní požární nádrží, potom vstupuji do přírodní rezervace Petrovka. Podél menších skal, kde nalezneme ceduli Josefa Sigmonda a míjím malou jeskyňku - Petrovskou díru, útočiště dávných loupežníků. Poté pokračuji okolo bývalé studánky údolím a to se již blížím hlavní silnici na obec Ledce. U Četníka. Lesem dojdu k Smrku - trojáku. Přírodní zajímavosti. Opět směrem od oblasti Lány prejdu silnici na Záluží a procházím okolo smírčiho kříže U Řezníka, kde kdysi došlo k tragédii. Pokračuji lesním úsekem, na kterém se podílel velkou výsadbou zdejší lesník Josef Sigmond. Postupně klesáme ke Kolomazné peci, technické památce k výrobě této suroviny. Dále pokračujeme podél rybníka s železitou vodou - Kamenný rybník k rybníku Šídlovskému, který je nyní postupně vypouštěn. A již vidíme v dálce sidliště. A to už je v dálce i náš domov. Díky. To jo, všude spadané listí. No taky to pěkně klouzalo. Zvláště mokré kořeny. Ne jednou sem skončil skoro na zemi. :-))
