It's been a while since I've posted through actifit. What with the loss of #seven77, I haven't had much motivation to really work out. Until recently, that is! Extra Life is coming up, and I am grossly out of shape! So what do I do to remedy the situation?
I played DDR on stream for a little over an hour today. By my estimate, I ran a 5k in around 47 minutes tonight. Not a good time, but not a bad one, either.
I did set a few new personal bests. I cleared Drop Out (Standard) for the first time, and went through a bunch of other songs on DDR Extreme on the PS2. I'll have highlights later this week. I plan to clip the video tomorrow night, so they'll be up on YouTube and @dtube shortly thereafter.
