Daily walks
Is my goal
Hope to make I better
1 hour after eating
I left the house
Head to this park
Walk past there
To the this park
I Turn on the pedometer
Start running
The goal is to break 10,000 steps
but
I am use laps to control
This park
I ran 30 laps
After running
Took about 1 hour
Took a look at the pedometer
Only ran 8264 steps
It means I'm running too slowly
Within half a year
I will Increase speed to more than 10,000 steps
At the same laps / At the same time

This park is newly built
Open space of this community
I also took pictures of the sidewalk and the slides
The other is a vending machine,
It ’s in the store next to the park.

是我的目标
希望能够让身体好起来
吃饱饭后的1小时
我离开了家门
前往这个公园
走路过去的
到了公园
:计步器
开始跑步
目标是破1万步
不过
我是用圈数在控制的
这个公园
我跑了30圈
跑完之后
大约花了1小时
看了一下计步器
只跑了8264步
代表着我跑的太慢了
预计半年之内
提升速度至1万步以上
在相同的圈数/相同的时间

这个公园是新盖好的
是社区住宅的开放空间
我也拍了旁边的人行道和公园内的溜滑梯
另1张是自动贩卖机
是公园旁的店家所摆放的
