[D&TT] ⚽️ 一對一足球課 ⚽️

TT上足球課好一陣子了，運動是有運動到了，足球也是有學一些 ⚽️

不過，他還是常常會有過high以及忘記當下該做什麼的毛病。另外，當然也可能跟基礎動作不夠“反射性”有關。例如，常常都跑得比別人快，但是到位後大腳一踢，出界反而變成別人的球，一點用都沒有。（除非是後場防守性動作）然後一群孩子在爭踢球時，他也是一直湊上去想出腳，從來沒看到過他會想把球勾出來，再左閃右閃的...

通常上課都是至少6-7個，多則11-12個。教練不可能都管你教你一個就好，這可能是基本動作不夠好的原因。

今天我們給他去上一次一對一足球訓練，教練我們也熟悉。我們在公園涼亭裡聊天，TT在太陽下跟教練一對一的練習。

不錯，一對一真的有好處，不會教練被其他同學霸著。

今天結束後，看起來，TT似乎更有自信了一點呢～～～
