Ein kleiner Waldspaziergang bringt einen ganz schnell über die 10.000 Schritte Marke hinaus.

Da wir am Sonntag bereits in unserer Ferienwohnung waren haben wir die Situation ausgenutzt um einen Spaziergang im Wald zu machen.

Dazu müssen wir nur aus der Haustür gehen und durch den Weinberg hoch in den Wald laufen.

Sobald es etwas länger hell bleibt werden wir das auch in der Woche nach der Arbeit öfters machen.
