Action sports can be perfect choice because it will make our body warm and get exited. 

For me, running and mountain biking are perfect sport to make our body keep healthy when autumn. 

The other great sport is horse riding!  It's okay if you still not profesional rider. Just make sure you ride with your guide to make sure you are safe.
