Inter Milan Receive Bullet in the Post✉ But Deny Antonio Conte was the Target

It was recently revealed by the Italian club Inter Milan that they received a letter full of threats that was packed alongside a bullet in the post, but they have come to make a denial to the ongoing rumor that manager Antonio Conte was the target the package was addressed to.

It was recently reported by the Italian newspaper known as Corriere della Sera that the Inter Milan Coach who was once the Chelsea manager had received a similar letter to his home address, but the management of the Italian club has come out to say the claim is not true, and that nothing of such happened.

Meanwhile, a message was written on social media by Antonio Conte's wife Elisabetta Muscarello saying: "For the record: the story of the bullet is a hoax!"

"In relation to the news published today, Inter Milan states that Antonio Conte did not personally receive any threatening letters and, consequently, he did not go in person to file a complaint," the club statement said.

"It was the club that received a letter and, as is the practice in this kind of situation, it contacted the competent authorities."
