Jeremy Lin was not able to get a NBA job.  He spent the entire summer waiting for a NBA team to call.  It never happened.  Lin made a tearful goodbye claiming the "NBA gave up on him".

Lin signed with the Beijing Ducks to prove he still has what it takes to play at a high level.  He is off to a fast start with a great showing in the first preseason game.  Lin scored 40 showing that he still belongs in the NBA.
