Mark Teixiera, the former New York Yankee, feels that Cole is going to listen intently to what the West Coast teams have to offer.  He is from Los Angeles and starred at UCLA.

The Los Angeles Angels are in desperate need of pitching help and should have some money to spend.  The team is wasting Mike Trout's prime by assembling a poor team around him.
