The real need if this country is encouragement, if athletes are dutifully encouraged and we'll taken care of, the sky is the limit to what they can do. 

 Being cared for has a way of motivating both player and athletes to do great on the field of play and in there various sport.

That is why the most amiable sport minister of Nigeria is also bringing up the morale of the Nigerian para-powerlifting contingent.
