Thursday 10/09/2020 Atletico Madrid overturned the last 10 minutes against defending champions Barcelona and dropped them 3-2, to reach the Spanish Super Cup final in football, Thursday, at the stadium of King Abdullah Sports City, "Radiant Jewel" in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Atletico Madrid will meet arch-rivals Real Madrid on Sunday, also in Jeddah.
Koke opened the record for Atletico against the course, then Argentine Lionel Messi (51) and French Antoine Griezmann (62) turned the numbers, but Atletico scored a double in the last 10 minutes via Alvaro Morata (81 pen) and Argentine Angel Correa (86) put him in the final.
This is the first loss for Barcelona, the record holder in the competition (13 titles), in 13 games in various competitions.
