Recently, Roger Federer has shared what would be his retirement plans. Of course, Federer is already at a stage when he is about to retire, though decided to play as much as he can. This time Novak Djokovic is talking about his post retirement plans.

Djokovic is currently number 1, and he might still play for more years. In the article, the author is guessing Djokovic might still play around 3-4 years. But I was thinking about 6 or 7 more years to match the current age of Federer.

It is good to know that Djokovic will remain active in tennis as he retires. It is one way for him to give back to tennis, and might even train possible successors of him in Serbia. Regarding people in Serbia wanting him to join politics, I don't think that would be cool. Politics is dirty, and it's better for him to have the legacy in tennis.

Djokovic who is currently at number 1 has enjoyed recent success in Australian Open as the champion. He ended up as number 2 in 2019, but it was still a great year. Let's see his performance in 2019:

* Qatar Open - Semifinals

* Australian Open - Grand Slam Champion

* Indian Wells Masters - Round 3

* Miami Open - Round 4

* Monte-Carlo Masters - Quarterfinals

* Madrid Open - Champion *

 Italian Open - Finals

* French Open - Semifinals

* Wimbledon Championships - Grand Slam Champion

* Cincinnati Masters - Semifinals

* US Open - Round 4

* Japan Open - Champion

* Shanghai Masters - Quarterfinals

* Paris Masters - Champion

* ATP Finals - Round Robin Stage

* Davis Cup Finals - Quarterfinals
