Bernal tempted by mountainous 2020 Giro d'Italia | Cyclingnews

I am not really tempted to believe Egan Bernal here. Besides the mountainous course, there is also 60 kilometers of time trial to be cycled. And that is the speciality of Primoz Roglic and Tom Dumoulin, and maybe even Remco Evenepoel. They all can climb pretty good too. So, if I was Bernal, I would definitely choose the Tour de France before the Giro d'Italia. It is first of all more interesting commercially and financially AND he has more chances in winning that one because the parcours suits him better.

I think he is just spraying some fog here...
