Honestly, i don't think Coach Reed and/or Shannahan would want to put up with Jerry. 

Not many Coaches would want to give their stage to anyone else to address their Team before they do. Outside looking in of course. Over the years, Jerry seems to have gotten better with this but he still over steps sometimes and undermines his Head Coach.

 Garrett puts up with a lot of junk to keep the peace and still attempt to lead the Team. 

It takes a special personality to be able to excell our even succeed in that type of environment. Not anti Jerry and respect Garrett. Not sure Garrets is the one who lead Dallas back to real greatness either. 

We'll see.
