It was a good day for the Manchester United boss as Marcus Rashford gave the Old Trafford team a double to come out victorious against Chelsea football club yesterday in the EFL competition played yesterday night.

The match ended 2-1 in favour of the Red Devils. The Chelsea goalkeeper couldn't do much to save the brilliant freekick played by the English international Marcus Rashford which gave them the winning goal.

The match started on a light note but as time goes on, Manchester United began to gain ground and that actually led to the foul that brought about the penalty kick. However, Michy Batshuayi was able to give Chelsea an equalizer in the second half before Rashford capped it off with a second goal for Manchester United.

Congratulations to the Solskjaer player as they progress into the next stage of the EFL cup competition. Not really a good one for Frank Lampard as their winning run was ended.
