Man City ace Mendy recalled to France squad for upcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers

Zouma and Mendy Make France Squad

The France squad was recently released by the their coach Didier Deschamps and the Manchester City full-back Benjamin Mendy who have been left out of the squad for a over a year after the injuries was included in the list.

The French international who is just 25-year-old has not played any game for France since he came in as a substitute during their UEFA Nations League against Netherlands which they won by 2 goals to 1 in September 2018.

The Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante who have been injured for a while now after going for the last international break was also added to the list despite his fitness issues

Other Chelsea players which are the likes of Olivier Giroud and Kurt Zouma also made the 23-man squad. Two Tottenham Hotspur players Tanguy Ndombele and Moussa Sissoko are also on the list.
