Belgian midfielder, Hans Vanaken, playing for Club Brugge, has won the Belgian Golden Boot award for the second year in a row. Dieumerci Mbokani came in second place, playing for Royal Antwerp FC. The difference in points was very small. But with Vanaken, it is a deserved winner, as he also shines on the highest level, the Uefa Champions League. He even scored the equaliser in the game against Real Madrid. It is the fourth time in a row that a player from Club Brugge wins the trophy, with José Izquierdo, Ruud Vormer and twice Vanaken. It shows how Club Brugge has been dominating the Belgian Jupiler Pro League, the last few years.

Sincerely,

Well it is deserved! Do find it strange that Berge didn't get a lot of points!

True, he got forgotten in the second round... An amazing player, but wasn’t surrounded well enough the last six months... I also found Depoitre underscoring in the second round... Oh, well, journalists are a strange breed! !BEER
