When you are in a corner or you are standing against the wall, the attacker can trap you. He can push you against the wall. Or, he can grab and punch you.

Since the wall is behind you, you cannot move back. So you are in a vulnerable position. To learn what to do in this situation, I highly recommend watching this video.

When you are in this situation, instead of pushing the attacker directly, you can divert him and move from there. In case he puts his hand or elbow on your body and puts pressure, you can push it to the side. You are ready to attack to his face.

If you are in this situation, and the attacker is strong and big, you can attack to his eyes, do palm strike to his face. At the same time you can do knee charge, elbow strike and then grab, pull and throw him on the wall.

You can use these basic moves to get rid of this. Here you are not using your force and power directly against the attacker, you use it divert the attacker's energy and counter-attack.

So what would you do in this situation. Please feel free to comment below. Thank you so much for reading this. I appreciate your support and feedback.
