How forms improve Chi Sao - Wing Chun

When you practice forms, it is not just for the sake of practicing. You are learning how to move, your hands and legs position, and how to strike. You are learning the basics that is going to help you when you apply this into a fight. 

Dr Mark Phillips, a Criminal Psychologist, High Risk Security Consultant, Martial Arts and Defensive Skills Instructor, explained how forms improve Chi Sao. It looks like specific and to the point. If you are passionate about martial arts especially Wing Chun, you will find it very useful.

When you fight for self defense, you will not start doing Chi Sao. This helps you understand the attacker's movement and how you can exploit his weakness to strike and defend yourself.
