Punch is a basic strike that you learn at the beginning of learning any martial arts. There is little difference that you can see in punching in different martial arts. 

Let's see how Master Wong shows straight punch. If you are a beginner, learn how to punch properly. Focus on perfection instead of speed and power. When you get it right, you can add speed and power later. 

Practice slowly first and then do it fast. When you are good at it, you can use a punching bag to practice.  You can also train with your training partner.
