They have built an offense for him, but his throwing has definitely improved. He has a great arm and makes some very nice passes. You can see he is throwing to highpoints and backshoulders, and hitting some touch passes. He still gets tricked by coverages sometimes, and makes some questionable decisions, but there is no question he has improved a lot.
