Duterte backs National Academy for Sports for high school students

President Rodrigo Duterte had his fourth State of the Nation Address today. And he's really suportive to the project to create a National Academy for Sports for high school students. He's showing that he cherished the young ones, aside from that he had some accomplishments to help the out of school youths to enter a non-formal school, known as ALS or Alternative Learning System and considering them for the National Sports development.
