James Reece could go on loan in January

Chelsea has so far this season live up to expectations both from the management and the academic players and not forgetting the main man himself Frank Lampard, the formal Chelsea legend, captain, midfield highest goal scored and a premier league legend.

One of the academic players currently at Lampard disposer is attracting interest from the Championship giants where he can regularly play football and improve from one game to another. James Reece is a good defender and attractive going forward down the right flank but he is not currently getting the games and Azpilicueta is currently playing well in that right wing.

He could gratefully benefit from the Chelsea team this season but at the same time, Chelsea need to look at the bigger picture before taking any decisions on the player. I believe Lampard knows exactly what he want and when to loan a player out.
