(Video): The Lo Celso horror tackle VAR allowed to stand
Chelsea fan was left furious with talking point on Twitter for a reckless challenge yet again allowed to stay by VAR. Reckless challenge now has a place in football as players can now go free after a horror tackle knowing that VAR support dangerous tackle.
The matches Chelsea vs Manchester United and Chelsea vs Tottenham should thoroughly be looked into and give necessary punishment to both player, Harry Maguire and Lo Celso. Such tackles are not found in football since its inception and should not be considered at this moment by technology. And on Saturday afternoon, the Blues were left wondering what someone would have to do to pick up a red card at Stamford Bridge. With Frank Lampard's side two goals to the good against Jose Mourinho's Tottenham side, Cesar Azpilicueta slid into a challenge with Giovani Lo Celso which should have been also a man down for Tottenham.
Frank Lampard was left furious as the tackle happens right infront of him, he complained to the fourth official but nothing was done as the referee and VAR decision stood and the game went on.
