Barry Sanders is joining the brigade of those outraged by the events that took place Monday night in the Packers-Lions game.

Sanders was upset about two hands to the face calls against Trey Flowers that allowed the Green Bay Packers to engineer a game winning score.

The Lions led throughout the contest, looking for the upset of its hated rival.  The penalties led to the Packers pulling out the game 23-22.

Many ex players have come out against what the officials did.  If one just looked at this game, it looked like the fix was in.  Unfortunately, for those watching NFL football throughout the season, this is par for the course.

The officiating is coming under attack by many players and coaches.  Their decisions are affecting the outcome of games.  The NFL is going to have to step in at some point if it continues.

Games like this make the entire product a joke.
