Jason Kidd joined the Los Angeles Lakers as an assistant coach this summer. His track record as a player and a head coach is indisputable.

Kidd was a hall of fame player who won his first title at 37. He played 19 years in the NBA.

Now he wants to carry his wisdom to Lebron James as he enters the twilight of his career. According to Kidd, it is a marathon and should be treated as such.
