Raptors cornerstone Pascal Siakam gets $130M extension

The Toronto Raptors became one of the best teams in the NBA's Eastern Conference.  Over the last few years, the team is one of the best.  They even capped it off with a title.

Teams that attain a level of greatness have to do well in their scouting and development department.  The Raptors certainly fit into this.

One of their biggest success stories is Pascal Siakam out of Cameroon.  The team started scouting him when he was 16.

He was rewarded with a maximum extension.  He will be in Toronto another 4 years.  In return for staying, he will be paid $135 million.
