How do you make a video?❤️
With my $100 phone purchased 2.5 years ago. Take a vlog, edit with free edition #kinemaster , upload and done 🙂
@davidke20 I am not that modern. So you make a video with your phone. Line master is an app or? And you upload it where/how? The uploading is a problem with my connection too. ❤️
I shoot the video with my phone camera, then edit them with Kinemaster app for Android. And it's free edition. Usually the original video is about 500mb, after editing and compress, it shrink to about 150mb. So, upload is not really a bit problem. There are two type of dApp you can use to fire the video onto steem block chain. One being https://d.tube/ and the other is https://3speak.online/ both are using IPFS to seed video since it's decentralized. However, the sad part is, video tends to grow old, and when they have less hit, they have less seed and soon will be overwritten by other files, and the video will never be found again. Fortunately, now you can choose to upload to YouTube first, and then come back to d.tube paste a link there and upload from YouTube. In future, if the video got deleted in IPFS they're still in YouTube. I know I know, it defeat the purpose. I'm not saying decentralize video is fool proof, but it is what it is. Only if you understand, the entire steem blockchain does not even host a picture, and those picture you uploaded are outsourced to centralized platforms 😂
So yeah it's kinda sad, but we're here to witness how they eventually evolved into better(or not, matter of time).
