Earlier today Srilanka won the toss and opted to bat first. Srilanka made five changes in the final match.Pakistan bowler provided a good start. At the end of first power play Srilanka managed only 44 runs with the loss of 3
wickets. Gunthalika scored 8 runs Samarawickrama added 12 runs while the last match hero Rajapaksa managed 3 runs. Pakistan was at the top at that moment. But Fernando turned the table for Srilanka. Fernando made brilliant 78 runs in just 48 balls. He remained not out. His inning was funrnished with 8 fours and 3 sixes. Srilanka made 147 runs in alloted 20 overs. For Pakistan Mohammad Aamir was the most successfull bowler. He took 3 wickets by conceding only 27 runs.

In reply Pakistan last Fakhar Zaman on first ball. Babar Azam and Haris Sohail made a steady partnership of 76 runs. Tight bowling kept the runrate slow. Late surge by Iftikhar Ahmad and Wahab Riaz didn't threat Srilanka and Pakistan managed only 134 runs in alloted 20 overs. Iftikhar Ahmad scored 17 runs in 8 balls while Wahab Riaz scored 12 runs in 6 balls. For Srilanka Wanindu Hasaranga took 3 wickets by conceding only 21 runs. Pakistan lost the match by 13 runs.
