Everton Football club will be ditching Goodison Park for a new 52,000 sweater capacity stadium. 
In what is seen as a ground breaking feat, Everton Football Club is embarking on the construction of a 52,000-seater stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock.
The development is part of Peel L&P’s £5.5bn Liverpool Waters development.
Recall, Everton uses Goodison park as their base but will be turning it into a community-led legacy project.
There is big money in sports and football teams are one of the first places where you will see that money working.

One striking thing about this news is that, it was done with the people in mind in what is called the largest commercial public consultation in Liverpool’s history.
The plans in place for Goodison Park is designed to make it a community-led legacy project that could include new homes, health, education, youth and business facilities.
This is just cool so the former stadium becomes profitable.
