I'm definitely slowing down
I wonder why? I haven't added any extra weight and have been running pretty consistently at least on weekends.
However, since I ran a personal best of 54.59min for 10km, I have really struggled with my pace. I often start slow and find myself unable to pick up the pace as I proceed.
Today I decided to start a bit hard, but still faded and struggled to complete the race.
I know the timing is really just vanity, but it still feels good to run fast times on demand.

Could it perhaps be diet related?
Haven't given that much thought, but in hindsight my food choices have been a bit up and down of late. Am surprised it'll age my performance so sharply though
