Today's run will be my final entry into the Run for the Oceans challenge hosted by Adidas. Since the challenge officially ends June 8th, I won't be able to go for another run till next weekend [due to work].

I reckon many of us have a problem with executing laid out plans, else we should largely be in better positions than we find ourselves. For some of us with great ideas it is the will to act that is the challenge. For some who act though, following through those actions are often difficult.

Life's challenges can be likened to trying to get to the coconut fruit with bare hands. If you figure out a way to get through the very hard husk, you are only met with a harder shell to contend with. Some of us may simply give up and contend that it isn't worth the effort, thereby choosing to forgo what we desire. The problem is the sudden realization that others have forged through the same difficulty and managed to reach their various fruits, with some even going further to extract further value from the initial fruits they've been given.

The principle applies across various aspects of our lives but it is particularly prominent in goals we have for our personal development, finances, fitness and relationships.

I could reckon that there is no challenge that is insurmountable, but that may be untrue subject to varying experiences. What I can boldly state however is that every time we rise to any challenge, we become a lot tougher and readier to tackle the next obstacle.

This is still meant to be a running report.
