December Run #15: 8 climbs and 10 Ks

On Sunday morning, instead of the long run I've had a long sleep. It was needed and welcomed.

So the run was postponed until the late night.

Some of you might know what I do when my imagination lacks an idea for the run. I take loops on an uphill section directly in front of our house. So I don't go far away yet I can run as far as I wish.

Yesternigt I did enough laps to reach ten kilometers. It turned out that eight laps were more than enough.

Next goal is ten laps. Not necessarily tonight 😁🔟

Lap time and kilometer times were fairly consistent. On of the goals is to run consistently.

200 meters of climb is also a good result.
