February Run #19: Simonhöhe classical 10K

Back to basic, I could say for several reasons.

Monday in the evening we came back to where it all started when you talk about our skiing adventures in Carinthia. To Simonhöhe. I love to ski and run there since the area offers every type of terrain possible.

The most classical run that I am used to making most often is to go through the forest on the northern side of the Paulsberg hiil, then take the asphalt and tarmac road to Hoch St. Paul and Wegscheide. After five kilometers I turn back and take the asphalt road on the southern side which ends in a climb back towards the starting point.

Ten kilometers with 174 meters of the climb with the opportunity to run on different terrain and profile. Great!

It's already Spring here at the 1200 meters above the sea.

Ps: the cover photo shows Puma and me on our favorite bench. She took the morning walk with my wife and was howling after me when I ran away :)

All the data is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.
