This is the 2nd part of today's ride. Earlier I headed out from home to go to my GP for my 3 monthly check-up. The Weather was a fantastic, so after a clean bill of health I decided to take the long way home.

It really is important to get a check up with your doctor, at least once a year. It's peace of mind not only for yourself but for your loved ones and your close friends. In fact, it's nice to query them as to when they had their last check-up, you are doing them a favour!

During the Summit hill climb, on the Lower Hutt side, my chain developed a slip at the 2nd lowest gear, then cleared itself. Not sure what caused it but I will work on those components tonight, see if I can get that little niggle out of the system.

You have uploaded 35 cycling activities, and 5 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest cycling activities of a similar distance:

Over these 5 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 191.83 kms at an average pace of roughly 3:05 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 3.587min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
