Sunday run: frozen stiff
I just finished a 10.58km running that lasted about 1hh:1mm:49ss !
After yesterday's exertions my legs were a bit stiff this morning and it was even colder. Quite a heavy frost out there with some fields looking very white.
It took me a while to get going and I really did not feel like going fast, but I kept plodding on. A fair few other runners out, including one guy I know.
I have some time off this week and have been thinking of trying to run every day. I will have to see if my body can handle that. I would aim to do this first thing in the morning to leave the rest of the day free.

You have uploaded 85 running activities, and 19 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:
Over these 19 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 202.45 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:49 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.842min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!

We've been lucky and managed to miss any heavy frost, yesterday's long walk was a bit nasty to my fingers but they generally feel cold anyway.
You're knocking out some really solid times for 10k!
I've been slowly getting back into it but could try harder. I've been sleeping well lately which is a first in a good few decades. That has been making get out of bed on time a little more difficult than it should!
It stayed cold all day. 10km is a comfortable distance for me generally, but this was hard work. Will have to see how my legs are tomorrow.
I ran first thing yesterday morning and it was a great way to start the day.
I kinda wish I would have ran this morning, but it's been nice giving me a break every now and then, just hope I can keep running at least 3 - 4 times a week as I've recently started running again.
Hope it goes well for you. I am going to try running every day this week. Not sure how my body will handle that.

Awesome job! 10k seems like a really far away number for me right now. I am lucky to make it through my two mile exercise routine most days!
I couldn't have dreamed of running that far when I started. Now it just seems normal. Stepping up my routine is taking a toll. I used to get stiff legs they day after a long run, but haven't for a while. If it gets too bad I'll have some rest days.
Resting is good. I try to do that on the weekends. I have some intermittent back problems and those have been keeping me a little less mobile this past week.
